OFFLINE-FIRST / MOBILE ENGINEERING
MistralWeb
Property inspections beyond a reliable connection.
An offline-first mobile application for European property inspections, combining local persistence and synchronization with authentication and location features.
AT A GLANCE
Role: Flutter Developer
Scope: offline-first inspection app for iOS and Android
Stack: Flutter, Provider, local database sync, Google Maps, biometric auth
- RESPONSIBILITY
- Flutter Developer · Domusware Srl
- CONTEXT
- Italy · Remote · Sep 2022 – Feb 2023
01 / CONTEXT
Connectivity cannot be a prerequisite for fieldwork.
Field inspectors need to continue working when a connection is unavailable. The application needed a local data path as well as synchronization with the backend.
I implemented the mobile application from Figma designs and shipped it to the App Store and Google Play while working with the Domusware team.
02 / ARCHITECTURE
Local persistence as part of the architecture.
Local database caching and synchronization support work without continuous connectivity. Provider manages application state, alongside biometric authentication and Google Maps inspection tracking.
The key concern was maintaining a useful inspection experience beyond the immediate network request.

03 / DELIVERY
Deliver the product across mobile platforms.
The implementation included biometric sign-in, location-based inspection tracking, and the interactions specified in the designs. The application was published for iOS and Android.
I worked with design, development, and QA colleagues to resolve issues and deliver the inspection workflows.
